Brian is an estate planning lawyer, which requires him to be familiar with law and strategy related to wills, trusts, estate administration, estate, gift, and generation skipping transfer taxes, real estate title and interests, small business structure, small business succession, and a variety of other assets that are held and passed from one generation to another. He is also a student of relationships and relational dynamics that exist among family members, which is crucial to effective representation of clients in the estate planning arena.
Brian also represents landowners and land conservancy organizations in the realm of the application of conservation easements to real property. Brian has been involved in the conservation of tens of thousands of acres of ecologically significant habitat throughout the southeast.
Brian is a native of Rome and graduated from Coosa High School in 1996. He and his wife Jenny have three children and live in Rome.
