Mr. Bersky was a Political Science Major and Business Administration Minor and obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree from Murray State University in Murray, Kentucky, in 2002. 

Mr. Bersky works in the firm's Cedartown office where he maintains a general practice in several areas of the law including the areas of real estate, municipal/local government and zoning law, corporate law, general and commercial litigation, and wills trusts & estate planning.

He and his wife, Molly, attend the Oak Hill Church of Christ in Rome, Georgia.
