Jason began working with McRae, Stegall, Peek, Harman, Smith & Manning in 2005 after graduating from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia.  During his time as a student at Mercer University, Jason worked as a law clerk at the United States Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Georgia, Criminal Division, clerked for the Honorable Judge James T. Chafin III at the State Court of Henry County, and also worked as a law clerk at the Witterman Law Firm in Roswell, Georgia.  Jason has served as a member of the United Way of Rome/Floyd County Allocations Committee, is active working with the Rome Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Exchange Club.

Jason is an active member of the First Baptist Church of Rome and lives in North Rome with his wife, Kelly, and son, Bradley.
