Emily grew up in Rome, Georgia and returned in 2006 to practice with McRae, Stegall, Peek, Harman, Smith & Manning, LLP. Emily remains close to the community, working with high school mock trial competitors, the local church, and mentoring youth through summer leadership programs. She also sits on the board of TeenPact Leadership School, a non-profit organization based in metro-Atlanta.
