Andy joined McRae, Stegall, Peek, Harman, Smith & Manning, LLP in 2001. Prior to joining the firm, Andy was a clerk for Judges Brown and Overstreet of the Augusta Judicial Circuit. During his clerkship, Andy worked on a variety of cases involving criminal and civil litigation. Since joining McRae, Stegall, Peek, Harman, Smith & Manning, Andy's primary practice has been in the area of local government, real estate, corporate and civil law. He performs loan closing for several local banks. He has been the primary contact for legal advice regarding matters with the Floyd County Tax Commissioner, Floyd County Health Department and the Coosa Valley Regional Development Center .
Andy is a member of the Seven Hills Rotary Club, First Presbyterian Church, and the Rome Bar Association. Andy is serving on the Seven Hills Rotary Club Board as Membership Chairman for the upcoming year (2008-2009).
